Following the climate change protests that many young individuals participated in around the country, Stuart reached out to all the schools in the constituency to invite them to an Environmental Forum, the first of which was hosted on Friday 6 September.
Following the recent news of the publication of the Inspectors Report after the recent Leeds Site Allocation Plan inquiry and also of the proposed South East Bradford Link Road, Stuart has taken steps to protect the greenbelt in Pudsey, Horsforth and Aireborough.
Stuart recently attended the mass lobby to discuss with his constituents passing new legislation to create a healthier environment for people and wildlife and ways we can end the UK’s contribution to climate change.
Stuart Andrew attended the RSPCA’s annual drop-in in the House of Commons recently. As part of this, he heard directly from RSPCA Inspectors about their frontline work to protect animals in Pudsey, Horsforth and Aireborough and across the UK.
