After calls from Stuart in recent weeks for a funding increase to be allocated to Leeds, the Secretary of State, Matt Hancock MP, has confirmed the allocation to the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
On 30th November Stuart visited Martin House Hospice, which provides family-led care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions. The Hospice cares for children and their close ones all over Yorkshire.
Stuart joined hundreds of members of the community in the constituency in the annual push to raise money for BBC’s Children in Need on Friday 16th November. All money raised goes towards the cause of helping to change children’s lives all across the UK for the better.
