Stuart was delighted to be invited to cut the ribbon at the Pudsey Post Office branch which has officially re-opened on Church Lane.
The Pusey Branch has undergone a complete refurbishment and is now a bright, modern open-plan branch which includes a range of stationery, greetings cards and gifts, alongside Post Office services. Access to the branch will remain via the existing ramp and steps. There are five serving positions in total, made up of two screened, two open plan and a Post Office serving point at the retail counter. The branch is open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday, offering 51 hours of Post Office services every week.
Stuart said: "I am really pleased to be officially opening the Pudsey Post Office in this bright modern environment in the heart of our community. I would encourage all of my constituents to head down and support the new agents, Richard and Carol Butcher, to see first-hand the fantastic efforts undertaken to overhaul this branch."
