Stuart plays his cards right at the 30th Pudsey Carnival

Pudsey, Horsforth and Aireborough MP Stuart Andrew recently attended the 2018 Pudsey Carnival to lend his support to the event and to meet and talk to his constituents

The 2018 Pudsey Carnival, opened by Olympic gymnast Nile Wilson, began with the judging of the parade floats by the Lord Mayor of Leeds and included many attractions such as a fun fair, live music, dog shows, a miniature football tournament and a range of useful information stalls.

Stuart said: “It was absolutely fantastic to be able to host a stall at this year’s Pudsey Carnival and help raise some money for the defibrillator fund. I very much enjoyed meeting plenty of my constituents and seeing so many children and families having such a great day out. The Pudsey Carnival Chairman, Councillor Simon Seary, really did do a fantastic job and this year’s 30th anniversary really was one to remember and I am very grateful to all the volunteers and committee members for all their hard work in putting this event together. I am already looking forward to next year and I hope to see many more of my constituents join me!”
