Stuart visits the Pudsey Allotment and Cottage Gardeners Association plant sale

Pudsey, Horsforth and Aireborough MP Stuart Andrew recently enjoyed a visit to the Pudsey Allotment and Cottage Gardeners Association’s Annual Spring Plant Sale.

The Pudsey Allotment and Cottage Gardeners Association have been bringing together residents of all ages and backgrounds who have a passion for gardening since their establishment in 1922. The Annual Plant Sale is one of many events held they hold, with annual shows and plant sales taking place every Spring and Summer. These shows give local residents the chance to exhibit their gardening, baking and home produce talents for sale, with a number of prizes on offer throughout the day.

Stuart said: “I very much enjoyed my visit to the Annual Spring Plant Sale, and I was very pleased to see how popular the plants and flowers were and I was happy to pick up a new recipe book so I can try some new baking. I very much hope to be back for the 45th Pudsey Spring Show on 24th March at the United Reformed Church Hall and I hope to see lots of my constituents and their families join me.”
