On Friday 12th October Stuart visited RPC UK in Guiseley, which provides market-leading advice for capital project management. Stuart talked to them about the vital service they provide, as well as being an important source of jobs within the constituency.
On Saturday 20th, Sunday 21st and Monday 22nd October, Network Rail will be undertaking major work to upgrade the signalling system along the Calder Valley route between Pudsey to Hebden Bridge via Bradford Interchange and Halifax.
Stuart is joining over 500 other MPs to plant trees as part of the Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy, a network of forest conservation initiatives to mark Her Majesty the Queen’s lifetime of service to the Commonwealth.
Stuart is calling on Pudsey, Horsforth and Aireborough’s small shopkeepers to enter the Best Small Shops Competition, celebrating the creativity of small shops and the central role they play in their local community.
Stuart is encouraging good causes in his constituency to apply for a share of a funding pot worth over £3 million that has been raised by players of People’s Postcode Lottery to support projects helping local people.
